FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT CAN I EXPECT MY READING TO BE LIKE?

Every reading is different but most readings will contain evidence from Spirit of who they were in life, possibly how they passed, evidence of people that are still living like celebrations/birthdays, conversations or events in your life.  Spirit will share often inside jokes, music they like, foods they enjoyed, etc.  

HOW LONG DOES EACH READING SESSION TAKE?

Reading times will depend on what you booked, either 30 or 60 mins.

CAN YOU DO READINGS OVER THE PHONE?

No, all readings are done via Zoom.  Once you are booked, you will receive an email with the zoom meeting information.  Please make sure you have a stable internet connection, video/sound capability, have downloaded and ensured you are able to sign on to Zoom prior to your appointment time.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY READING?

Connection to your loved one depends on both myself as the reader and you as the client.  It is important you prepare for you appointment before hand.  I suggest you begin calling in your loved ones a week ahead of your reading.  Journal, pray, have conversations with them.  Remember  special times you shared.  The day of your reading, allow yourself 30 minutes prior to your reading to relax and call in your loved ones. Find yourself a quiet room with no distractions.  Turn off the TV and remove any pets from the room if possible.  Do not partake of any drugs or alcohol 24 hours prior to your reading.  Being calm and receptive is the most important thing.

***Please note if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol your reading will be automatically rescheduled.

WILL YOU BE ABLE TO CONNECT TO MY LOVED ONE?

Connection to your loved one is not guaranteed but in most cases yes I will be able to connect to your loved one.  Remember connection to your loved ones in Spirit depend on both you and myself.  Please prepare before your appointment.   

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR MISS MY APPOINTMENT?

Appointments can be rescheduled 48 hours in advance.  Please send an email to readings@weareallsouls.com to request a new appointment.  We will do our best to accommodate you at the earliest available time.

I missed my appointment, what do I do?  We allow 1 grace missed appointment.  Send an email within 24 hours of your missed appointment time and we will work to reschedule you.  

CAN I GET A REFUND?

We currently do not offer refunds.

CAN I PURCHASE A READING FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, you can purchase a reading for someone else, gift your reading or you can purchase a gift card to apply towards a reading.

WILL MY LOVED ONE ANSWER MY QUESTION OR GIVE ME "THAT" SPECIFIC PIECE OF EVIDENCE?

Yes your loved one can answer your question or "that" specific piece of evidence.  Sometimes that comes through the reading naturally or sometimes you may need to ask.  Please keep in mind that the more you "need" that as validation, the harder it can be for Spirit to deliver.  The need creates a resistance and can block the flow of communication from Spirit.

WHY DO YOU NEED A VIDEO RELEASE?

The video release is optional and not mandatory.  All readings are considered confidential but when agreed to by the client, I will use videos in entirety and clips for promotional and education reasons.
